## Description

Ajax Systems, a global technology company and Europe's largest security system manufacturer, seeks a Middle QA Engineer (Apps) for its QA division.

The QA team ensures product quality and stability throughout development and production, using a mix of manual and automated testing approaches.

### Required skills and knowledge:

- 1.5 years of manual mobile application testing experience

- Understanding of testing theory

- Ability to apply test design techniques

- Knowledge of SDLC

- Experience working with business requirements and technical specifications

- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail (or alternatives)

- Familiarity with Windows/MacOS and Android/iOS operating systems

- Knowledge of Android UI shell differences

- Experience with application logs

- Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, and PyCharm

- Basic understanding of client-server architecture

### Nice to have:

- Experience with REST API or gRPC

- Mock server experience

- Automated testing experience

### Responsibilities:

- Ensure product quality and stability during architectural changes and refactoring

- Participate in planning complex technical solutions with developers and architects

- Identify and minimize regression risks during large-scale code changes

- Optimize testing processes to improve time-to-market without compromising quality

- Test new and existing mobile and desktop applications

- Work with application logs

- Develop and maintain test documentation

- Analyze business requirements and designs

- Collaborate with custom QA tools and auto-test results

- Participate in planning and estimation tasks

- Work with cross-functional teams
