## Description

We are seeking a BIM Technician - CFD to join our Specialists Team and provide 3D/Parametric modelling support to engineering projects.

## Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

- Create 3D models for Wind Engineering Projects, including Wind Tunnel Testing and Computer Simulations.

- Develop 3D surface models of city/sites surroundings based on available data such as architect drawings and Google Earth.

- Build detailed 3D models of buildings and areas of interest.

- Prepare 3D models for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Projects, including internal spaces and complex topography.

- Collaborate with the Wind Engineering Team and CFD Team in London to retrieve information and agree on project details.

- Assist in project setup, suggest 3D model production methods, and follow QA guidelines.

## Qualifications

- Experience in 3D modelling, specifically with Rhinoceros and .stl files.

- Knowledge of Revit and its standard functions.

- Experience working on multiple projects across different sectors.

- Understanding of consultant engineers' role and industry standards.
