## Description

The Programs and Business Operations Lead will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion efforts worldwide. This includes recruiting and developing Airbnb's global supply of high-quality stays, Experiences, and Services, and executing Airbnb's global strategy in the market.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders and teams, and will be responsible for aligning all functions to achieve Americas's regional business objectives in partnership with the Director, Regional Business Operations and Growth.

Key responsibilities include owning the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, driving regular business operation meetings, and initiating meaningful conversations leading weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, business analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

A proven bias to action and ability to own a project from conception through to post-mortem is essential, as is the ability to work in a world of uncertainty and ambiguity to create clarity from chaos.

A world-class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at all levels of an organization in a succinct, clear, and eloquent manner is also required.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on approach, getting things done fast, and will have impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document processes & decisions made.

Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams is also highly desirable.

In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, although a Master's degree or higher is highly desirable.

Finally, the successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

This is a remote eligible position, and the role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
