## Description

We are seeking a Radio - Digital Sales Assistant to join our team at WBNS-AM FM Columbus. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative and sales support to the Account Executives and Sales Management team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and recap reports

- Enter and maintain orders in the traffic and billing system with a high level of accuracy

- Monitor commercial schedules to ensure proper placement and delivery

- Provide regular reports on account activity, revenue tracking, and pending business

- Assist with client communications, including scheduling meetings and following up on deliverables

- Coordinate with traffic, promotions, and programming departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

- Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and client correspondence

- Perform general administrative duties for the sales department

Requirements:

- Previous office, sales support, or administrative experience required (media or advertising preferred)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Experience with WideOrbit or similar traffic/billing software a plus

- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-driven
