## Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to join our team in Mexico.

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for driving national objectives, strategy and planning, sales management and leadership, analysis, and administration.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive national objectives: Achieve business plan targets for volume and distribution in the On Premise channel.

- Strategy and planning: Develop a long-term distribution model for the country and create a business plan with distribution partners.

- Sales management and leadership: Lead and manage wholesale and external sales forces, and develop a strong commercial plan to grow distribution and SKU listing.

- Analysis: Analyse market data to identify gaps and opportunities, and obtain sales out data to measure performance.

- Administration: Manage the yearly budget and control free goods, and prepare review meetings with distribution partners.

**Requirements:**

- University degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.

- At least 4 years of experience in distribution and/or supplier roles, preferably in the beverage industry.

- Proven track record in leading, managing, and motivating wholesale and external sales forces.

- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
