## Description

You will lead the application support function for Grab's finance systems landscape, managing a team of internal and external support consultants. You will ensure effective service delivery, operational stability, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of more than 15 consultants and specialists across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India.

- Act as the senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related finance platforms.

- Ensure production stability, lead critical incident resolution, govern Oracle quarterly updates, oversee integration health, and support month-end and year-end finance activities.

- Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, support Finance and Procurement leadership, manage vendor performance, and align application support with the Finance Systems technology roadmap.

Qualifications:

- At least 7 years of experience as a Support Manager in a finance systems or ERP application support environment.

- Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes for global systems.

- Strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement.

- Strong technical understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFDI, scheduled processes, interface monitoring, and error resolution.
