## Description

We're looking for an Industry Lead – eCommerce to be our eCommerce expert in EMEA. You'll work with clients and our teams on mobile-first commerce, customer acquisition and retention, market trends, and measurement-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a clear, evidence-based view of EMEA eCommerce trends and share it with stakeholders.

- Conduct executive business reviews for eCommerce clients, using category benchmarks to inform recommendations.

- Analyze data with our analysts to define KPIs, track performance, and identify opportunities.

- Advise on strategy, joining client workshops and strategy conversations to provide vertical context and best practices.

- Support account teams with vertical insights, benchmarks, and positioning for key accounts.

- Create playbooks, frameworks, and research that teams can reuse.

- Collaborate with Industry Leads in other regions and verticals, sharing methods and learnings.

- Represent AppsFlyer at eCommerce events and forums.

Requirements:

- 6+ years in eCommerce, retail, or growth, strategy, or analytics roles.

- Deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention, including UA, re-marketing, and conversion optimization.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to explain complex data to non-analysts.

- Experience advising senior stakeholders and running workshops or reviews.

- Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets; additional languages are a plus.
