## Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of national trade marketing campaigns and channel activations.

Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of national trade marketing campaigns and channel activations

- Coordinate day-to-day trade execution across key customers to ensure flawless implementation

- Prepare field team materials and support execution reviews and commercial meetings

- Manage POSM ordering, deployment, and distribution tracking

- Monitor in-store visibility and execution compliance through regular store checks

- Track asset conditions and support issue resolution to maximize shopper visibility

- Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and new product launches

- Analyze Nielsen market data to track category trends, market share performance, and competitive dynamics

- Collect and summarize market and shopper insights from field observations

- Manage daily operations of the Naver Brand Store, including product listings, content updates, order taking and processing, and customer inquiry follow-up

- Support online promotions, campaign execution, and digital merchandising activities

- Monitor sales performance, consumer feedback, order fulfillment, and key e-commerce KPIs

- Maintain sales, distribution, and store-level databases with high accuracy

- Support trade performance reporting and KPI tracking across channels

- Provide ad hoc analysis and commercial support for customer reviews and business planning

Requirements:

- Ideally 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales, ideally in Trade Marketing area

- Understanding of FMCG industry and sales processes

- Solid project management skills and cross-functional work competency

- Confident user of MS PowerPoint with ability to visualize ideas and concepts

- Confident user of MS Excel or similar tool with strong knowledge how to work with data

- The ability to build positive, collaborative ways of working across teams
