## Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, engage in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, and support colleagues.

The role requires a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and experience with patients with EUPD or ASD. You will work in an environment where kindness and teamwork are integral, with opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care

- Provide mentorship and support to team members

- Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements:

- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration

- Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD

- Strong team-working skills

- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate

- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
