## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Merchant Cloud Commercialization Support to join their Global Acceptance and Merchant Solutions team. The role involves supporting the commercialization and go-to-market strategy for Merchant Cloud, a suite of acceptance products that shape the payment experiences of the future.

The Manager will be responsible for:

- Creating comprehensive commercialization packages and go-to-market materials for newly launched products and features

- Partnering with regional teams to support the identification and structuring of potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Managing and updating the sales pipeline across various regions

- Supporting sales enablement initiatives and delivering training, playbooks, and resources to regional teams

- Collaborating with regional teams and client-facing groups to align commercialization strategies with local market needs

- Leading KPI tracking and measuring the commercial impact of launch and enablement efforts

- Preparing business case inputs and analysis to support strategic investment and initiative decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience working in the Mastercard Services organization or similar

- In-depth understanding of the payments industry and acquiring/gateway ecosystem

- Strong knowledge of digital commerce solutions and market trends

- Results-oriented mindset with experience in developing go-to-market strategies and delivering scalable solutions

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-location teams effectively

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and English fluency.
