## Description

Howden is seeking a People Risk Associate to join their growing team in Perth. As a People Risk Associate, you will work directly with employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and legal professionals to solve complex workforce risk challenges.

Responsibilities include:

- Coaching clients on injury management and return-to-work strategies

- Analysing claims trends and identifying opportunities for prevention

- Building strong relationships with employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and legal professionals

- Managing a varied caseload of complex people risk challenges

Requirements:

- Strong experience in workers' compensation and claims management

- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

- Commercial curiosity and a solutions mindset

- Passionate about improving client outcomes

- Allied health and injury management background (desirable)
