## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Lead to support global clinical trial recruitment and retention efforts based in Serbia.

The successful candidate will lead discussions and collaborate with study-specific functional area leads and solution partners to identify and evaluate fundamental issues pertaining to successful patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Compiling and interpreting data to inform business decisions and ensuring solutions are documented and agreed upon

- Developing and leading community outreach activities, including advocacy group liaison and attendance at local chapter events

- Orchestrating operations of integrated solutions partners and overseeing translation of patient recruitment and retention materials

- Managing projects within contracted budgets and timelines, and identifying the most suitable solution partners for studies

- Leading conversations with internal teams and clients around new strategies to support enrollment and contributing to departmental growth

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS in a biological science or related discipline

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach

- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and provide attention to detail and high-quality work
