## Description

We are looking for an Associate Principal, Analytics & Commercial Consulting – Pharma to join our Analytics & Consulting team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will work directly with leading pharmaceutical companies active in the Dutch market, helping them solve crucial commercial challenges and accelerate their growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Life Sciences clients, primarily in pharmaceutical companies

- Leading and supporting business development, including preparing quotes and building customer relationships, together with Key Account Managers in the sales team

- Leading strategic consulting projects for clients in the Netherlands

- Providing advice to senior stakeholders on commercial or marketing aspects and business insights

- Coaching consultants and contributing to the development of the team

- Collaborating on the design of innovative solutions in the areas of AI, customer engagement and commercial transformation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 7+ years of experience in consulting or commercial functions in the healthcare or Life Sciences sector

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

- A commercial and curious mindset and experience with business development

- Experience with commercial strategy, customer engagement, launch excellence or related areas

- Affinity with and insight into the Dutch healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape

- An existing network within the Dutch pharmaceutical sector is a significant advantage

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
