## Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Evesham. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, particularly those with dementia. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit

- Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping

- Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers

- Helping with training and supervision of new staff members

- Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses

- Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties
