The Role: CS Learning Designers at Brilliant design interactive learning games to teach programming and algorithmic thinking. You will work in a small team to redefine the future of education, using your pedagogical instincts and taste to expand Brilliant's library of CS learning games.

Responsibilities:

- Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant's Python learning game.

- Design new learning games , visual, puzzle-driven experiences that teach foundational principles in algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.

- Decompose complex computer science ideas into approachable, well-sequenced steps.

- Design content that is clear, creative, and intuitive.

- Build immersive, interactive learning experiences.

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or above in a STEM field.

- Strong grounding in computer science through research or teaching.

- Experience with AI agents for coding.

- Knack for teaching complex topics using clear, simple steps.

- Experience with interactivity to motivate, engage, and challenge learners.

- Excellent writing skills in English.

- Ability to context switch and prioritize a large workload.

- Openness to change and willingness to experiment.
