This temporary role, ending April 2027, involves working closely with the store manager to bring exciting ideas to life, making your store successful through creative planning, and building an exemplary in-store team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the store manager to create a customer-focused team

- Participating in training sessions and providing constructive feedback

- Leading a management team to achieve store goals

- Delegating tasks to your management team

- Contributing to financial management, including budgeting and sales drive

- Maintaining store appearance and stock management

- Building local community relationships

- Engaging in personal development through training and collaboration

- Creating a shopping experience that makes customers' day

- Taking on projects to make positive changes in the store
