## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Cavell Hospital in Enfield. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols, assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols

- Assessing patient needs, prioritising care, and updating care plans

- Monitoring vital signs, recognising changes in condition, and escalating appropriately

- Administering medications safely and effectively

- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation

- Ensuring all care provided complies with NMC standards and hospital policies

- Identifying and reporting incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)

- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Proficiency in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning

- Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable
