As a CAD / Design Support Apprentice at Synopsys in Noida, India, you will dive into real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with our passionate teams worldwide.

**Job Description**

- Learning and supporting engineering and CAD workflows used by global R&D and design teams.

- Assisting with investigation, reproduction, and documentation of technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.

- Supporting basic automation and productivity improvements through scripts, utilities, and structured data handling.

- Helping collect, validate, organize, and document technology, tool, or workflow-related information.

- Participating in testing and validation of engineering tools, flows, and process updates.

- Contributing to stable and efficient engineering workflows for R&D teams.

- Helping improve the quality of documentation, issue tracking, testing, and operational support.

- Reducing repetitive manual effort through small-scale automation and process improvements.

- Building reusable knowledge and practical engineering capability within the team.

**Requirements**

- Completed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.

- Fresh graduates from the class of 2026 or 2025.

- Not currently enrolled/completed any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.

- Not employed in any full-time positions at any company.

- Good fundamentals in at least one relevant area such as digital electronics, analog electronics, semiconductor basics, programming, data structures, operating systems, or computer architecture.

- Basic programming or scripting exposure in Python, C/C++, TCL, Shell, or a similar language.

- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands and a willingness to work in a Linux-based engineering environment.

- Ability to analyze a problem, document observations, and follow a structured debugging approach.
