## Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our attorneys team, you will focus on advocating for injured clients and maximizing case outcomes.

**Job Requirements:**

- 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience

- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (assistance provided)

- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for our injured clients

**Responsibilities:**

- Intake and first meeting with clients: show compassion, build trust, document facts, and outline client and office action items

- Investigation: direct investigations, assess insurance coverage, and gather critical evidence

- Negotiation: prepare cases for trial, evaluate Full Settlement Value, and negotiate with adjusters

- Litigation: prepare pleadings and discovery, strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration

- General responsibilities: timely review and sign correspondence, collaborate with team members
