## Description

Are you ready to shape how life-changing science reaches physicians and patients across GU/GYN cancers? Do you want to lead a high-performing team that turns complex evidence into clear, timely information that informs care and elevates the standard of practice?

In this director role, you will lead the strategy and delivery of Medical Information and communications for GU/GYN indications, steering a talented team to create, curate, and distribute scientifically rigorous content through the right channels. Your work will connect cutting-edge data to the real-world decisions clinicians make, while reinforcing the integrity, accuracy, and impact of our scientific narrative.

Set goals and priorities, serve as the liaison to senior leadership, coordinate onboarding, and drive team development in collaboration with Training and Transformation leadership.

- MI Deliverables Ownership: Oversee day-to-day execution of MI deliverables aligned to a clear prioritization framework, including promotional review and scientific messaging consultation (US only), responding to medical information requests (US only), addressing complex inquiry escalations from local markets, and developing Medical Affairs content (Global and US).

- Content Strategy and Curation: Partner with GMALs to develop and implement content strategy for GU/GYN indications. Leverage content from partner functions and disseminate through the right channels to physicians and patients. Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity across GMI LTO activities, content delivery, and US Medical Legal Review.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory affairs, brand teams, and other functions (including MSLE, OMT, ODI, Managed Markets, HEOR, Patient Safety, Call Center, and Sales Training) to ensure accurate and timely communication of medical information to internal and external stakeholders.

- Governance and Compliance: Apply Global and US legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements to Medical Affairs activities. Maintain clear SOPs and guidelines to support GMC&I activities and lead compliant review and approval processes for promotional and educational materials.

- Budget and Resource Ownership: Make autonomous decisions on budget and resourcing for GU/GYN within a supported governance model. Manage suppliers and OSPs to deliver on-time, high-quality outputs.

- Insights and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with MI Insights & Analytics to optimize reporting and tailor communications. Integrate stakeholder feedback with the Customer Experience Manager. Stay abreast of evolving clinical data and treatment guidelines to drive proactive content updates and smarter ways of working.

- Tumor Area Leadership: Lead the GU/GYN team to understand how the portfolio maps to the entire patient pathway, including competitor landscape and indication evolution, to inform messaging, prioritization, and strategic planning.
