Salesforce is seeking an Industry CTO to shape its industry technology vision across ASEAN. The successful candidate will combine industry expertise, technical architecture experience, and a founder's mindset to guide transformation and support strategic growth.

**The Experience** An ideal candidate would have:

- Industry and ASEAN expertise: Strong understanding of relevant industry business models, operating processes, and regulatory considerations.

- Industry trends and disruptions: Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into strategic recommendations.

- Enterprise transformation: A track record of guiding large-scale Industry themed transformation.

- C-level relationships and commercial impact: A track record of developing sustained relationships with C-level leaders.

- AI passion and hands-on expertise: Demonstrated passion for AI and deep expertise in at least one relevant area.

- Hands-on Salesforce expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce technology.

- Product influence: Experience synthesizing customer needs into prioritized product recommendations.

- Ecosystem leadership: Experience aligning partners and internal teams.

**What You'll Actually Be Doing** The successful candidate will:

- Shape and champion the industry technology point of view.

- Represent Salesforce as an industry technology expert.

- Develop trusted C-level customer relationships.

- Support strategic growth.

- Represent ASEAN customers in product development.

- Build Salesforce solutions, demos, and prototypes.
