## Description

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated team player who will be a vital component for Okta’s sustainability analytics and reporting, and automation.

This person will drive accurate and timely reporting and insights to meet the expectations of external stakeholders and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage reporting, including collecting and cleaning data, maintaining accuracy of Okta’s sustainability metrics, analysing, summarising, and visualising for external reporting/disclosures.

- Prepare audit-ready data sets and documentation, maintaining traceable audit controls and trails.

- Carbon analytics: Own the design and maintenance of models to track and analyse, forecast, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impact.

- Support key teams with related analytics and reporting.

- Design, build, automate, and maintain user-friendly dashboards, analytical tools, and reports to track metrics and performance indicators.

- Identify and implement additional opportunities to automate, streamline, and simplify.

Requirements:

- Sustainability and/or GHG accounting experience and/or regulatory reporting and third-party assurance.

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, visualisation, reporting, and automation.

- AI literacy.

- Excellent modelling and analysis skills.

- Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to Have:

- Master’s degree in sustainability and/or GHG accounting.

- Experience with other software programs like Watershed, Coupa, Netsuite, Workday.

- Working knowledge of broadly recognised and emerging ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
