## Description

We are seeking a Retail Travel Advisor to join our team at Westfield White City in London.

As a Retail Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering premium service to guests, identifying opportunities to maximise sales, and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional guest service, both pre- and post-sale

- Achieving and exceeding personal and team performance targets

- Maintaining expert knowledge of destinations, products, and travel trends

- Collaborating with the team to support the success of the store

- Providing exceptional after-sales support

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for travel and tourism, and a proven ability to achieve performance targets.
