## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Meole Brace Shrewsbury store. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and contribute to driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday: 05:00-09:00

- Wednesday: 05:00-09:00

- Thursday: 05:00-09:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products and make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work early mornings (hours between 22:00-06:00 attract a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium)

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including potential full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)
