## Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Ezypay team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Finance Manager, you will lead, mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team

- Establish clear performance expectations and drive capability development across the finance function

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the Group

- Review and approve journals, reconciliations and key accounting schedules

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial results and management reporting

- Own the statutory reporting process, including external audits and regulatory compliance

- Partner closely with the Finance Director on budgeting, cash flow management and financial planning

- Lead the implementation of finance process improvements and system enhancements

- Build strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)

- At least 10 years' experience in accounting and finance, including several years leading high-performing accounting teams

- Proven experience managing accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, taxation and statutory compliance

- Experience working in a multinational, fintech, technology or high-growth environment will be highly regarded
