## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Coventry Arena, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products, to make recommendations and drive sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, including working across various areas of the store

Hours of work:

- Monday: 08:00 - 12:00

- Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00

- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00

- Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
