## Description

At Wolt, a leading technology company for delivery services, you will join as a Marketing Specialist.

You will manage user marketing campaigns end-to-end for restaurant, retail partners, or collaborations with other companies.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels

- Develop campaign offerings, media mix, and creative strategy

- Collaborate with other campaign managers and departments on campaign timing and budgeting

- Assess the impact of marketing strategies on the P&L and ROIs

- Support reporting needs by gathering data and tracking KPIs

- Set up campaigns and content using internal tools and platforms

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop campaign assets

- Assist in managing marketing relationships with local partners

Requirements:

- Experience in marketing, ideally with campaign management or project coordination

- Practical, hands-on approach

- Ability to take ownership of work and manage projects independently

- Customer-first mindset

- Creative thinking and good eye for content

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong time-management and organisational skills

- Fluency in Greek and English

- Currently based in, or eligible to work in, Cyprus

- Able to work a hybrid schedule, with 4 days per week in the Nicosia office
