## Description

TGR Haas F1 Team, a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, is seeking a Senior Travel Coordinator based in Banbury, UK.

The successful candidate will report to the Travel Manager and support the delivery of departmental and organisational objectives. This is a key support role within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and multitasking skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, drivers, and contractors, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport

- Source the most suitable travel solutions based on budgets, roles, and commitments

- Prepare and issue detailed travel itineraries

- Provide on-call responses to queries and emergency assistance when needed

- Perform purchase orders and credit card reconciliations

- Assist the Travel Manager and other team members as required

**Requirements:**

- GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 4 years' work experience, with at least 2 years in a professional motorsport environment or related industry

- Solid understanding of the international travel industry and administration requirements for travellers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive information
