## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager-HPC AI Sales to lead our sales team in driving business growth, market share, and revenue increases.

As a Senior Manager-HPC AI Sales, you will be accountable for business growth, company market share, and revenue increases. You will coordinate all company sales activities in your area of control, set quota and goals for organizations, and develop tactics to generate new sales.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to advance market share and achieve profitable growth

- Managing and optimizing sales resources to ensure effective engagement

- Building lasting, consultative relationships with customer accounts

- Proactive change management and coaching sales teams

- Creating and managing resource plans, including staffing of country sales teams

- Demonstrating thought leadership by directing the customer's application of technology to new business problems

Requirements:

- University or Bachelor's degree, advanced university or Master's degree preferred

- 5-10 years of sales and progressive management experience

- 10-15 years of industry experience

- Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market
