## Description

We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our Private Bank team at the Trezzo branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of personal and family clients, providing them with tailored banking, financial, and insurance solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop assigned personal and family clients, implementing commercial initiatives defined for the target market

- Analyse client needs and provide assistance and advice on bank products and services

- Contribute to achieving branch commercial objectives

- Ensure continuity and quality of relationships, integrating in-branch interactions with digital channels

- Provide high-level service, adhering to regulatory requirements and operational and administrative obligations

**Requirements**

- Knowledge of main banking, financial, and insurance products for personal and family clients

- Ability to understand client needs and provide assistance and advice on relevant products

- Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to build trust-based relationships

- Team collaboration and effective use of digital tools and bank systems

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and support business challenges
