## Description

Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Product Catalogs team to lead the full stack team responsible for the entire advertiser-facing experience. The team builds UIs, APIs, and backend systems that manage advertiser's products.

Responsibilities:

- Create a world-class catalogs system that can scale to support billions of products

- Work closely with product managers and designers to craft compelling user experiences

- Collaborate with a wide range of teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of product ads

- Establish and manage SLAs within the team

- Be a strong mentor and cross-functional advocate for the team

- Contribute meaningfully to team strategy

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development

- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams

- Highly technical with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
