## Description

Anthropic is growing rapidly across EMEA and needs a Recruiter to join its Talent team in London, focusing on General Administrative (G&A) functions such as Policy, Finance, Legal, and People.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles across EMEA

- Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and build effective sourcing strategies

- Sourcing high-quality candidates and building diverse pipelines

- Running structured interview processes and managing candidate communication

- Collaborating with the Talent team and other departments to structure offers and guide candidates

- Using data to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A, with a focus on Policy hiring, and demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market.

The annual compensation range for this role is £105,000-£145,000 GBP.
