## Description

We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our team at Vattenfall Värme in Uppsala or Stockholm (Solna). As an Asset Manager, you will have a strategic role with a broad perspective on the entire business. You will work at the intersection of technology, economics, and business, contributing to sustainable investments and asset management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing long-term asset and investment planning

- Balancing investments against maintenance, developing system perspectives, and creating decision-making support

- Strategically developing Asset Management with a focus on balancing investments, maintenance, risk, and long-term needs

- Developing long-term asset analyses and investment plans for Värme Sverige and Gotland's energy networks

- Creating forecasts, analyses, and investment calculations to support strategic business and investment decisions

- Driving strategic investigations and contributing to complex projects, including business and M&A projects

- Supporting the business and management group in strategic issues and participating in relevant steering and project groups

We require:

- At least five years of relevant work experience in Asset Management, investment planning, or strategic asset development

- A master's degree in engineering or economics, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in several areas of Asset Management, such as strategy and planning, decision support, risk management, digitalization, or asset life cycle

- Good understanding of how performance, cost, and risk need to be balanced in long-term decisions

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
