## Description

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will grow with an ownership mindset, collaborate with peers and leaders, and experience a high-performance culture.

The role involves working in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Accept and process new inventory

- Deliver products to the next stage quickly and accurately

- Ensure quality of each shipment and pack items correctly

- Maintain safety, quality, and legality of products

- Follow standard operating procedures and report concerns

Requirements:

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Lift up to 50 pounds without restriction

- Stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours

- Bend, reach, and push/pull frequently

- Adapt quickly to changes

- Detail-oriented

- Understand new processes quickly

- No prior warehouse experience required; 7-day training provided

- Must be 18 years or older
