## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Data to join our team at Capital One. As a Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the development of a modern, evolving data ecosystem that drives real-time intelligent experiences.

The Enterprise Data team is a cross-functional team that aligns product, tech, design, machine learning, and risk partners to build a unified data destination centered around major modern platforms like OneStream and One Lake.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strengthening data trust through smart automation

- Scaling prioritized data products

- Expanding the use of external data

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
