## Description

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to help build its global Corporate FP&A team.

The Senior Manager will work closely with senior finance leadership and play a critical role in shaping and managing the global forecasting and planning process.

Responsibilities:

- Planning Systems & Financial Models: Partner with IT, People, & Finance teams to modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, and implement solutions for FP&A.

- AI Automation: Standardize the use of AI across the FP&A team.

- Forecast Coordination & Consolidations: Manage the company's planning process/calendar and corporate-level forecast consolidation.

- Management Reporting: Develop reporting to summarize data and facilitate decision-making for senior management.

- People Management: Lead a small team of analysts and associates and help create a world-class Corp FP&A team.

- Partner with departments across the organization to drive operational efficiencies.

- Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or economics preferred, MBA a plus.

- 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions.

- Expert in financial modelling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment.

- Extremely organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong ability to manage challenging stakeholders and analyze data.

- Excited by problem-solving and highly driven.

The working model for this role is flexible, open to fully remote or hybrid in-office/remote in New York City or Austin offices.
