## Description

We are seeking a Lead Product Analyst to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team at Wise, a global technology company on a mission to make money without borders. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions to support building and scaling Wise products across European and UK markets.

**How You'll Contribute:**

- Develop and monitor KPIs for expansion markets with Product Managers and Analysts.

- Identify opportunities to enhance team KPIs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

- Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches, conducting analysis such as forecasting and experimentation.

- Influence product decisions with robust data insights and build compelling data-driven arguments.

- Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in understanding product impacts.

**Requirements:**

- At least 6+ years of experience.

- Strong analytical mind and product intuition, especially in the banking and financial industry.

- Technical skills in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools.

- Experience working with technical teams.

- Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment.

- Understanding of events data and analytics tools like Mixpanel/Google Analytics/Amplitude.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience in the Fintech domain.

- Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT.

- Experience with user-facing products and data.
