As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our patients every day. You'll work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions

- Providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations

- Demonstrating ethical conduct and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over a period of time without distraction

- Excellent customer service skills, actively looking for ways to help people in a friendly manner

- Strong communication skills, using verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues

- Mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription

- Problem resolution skills to judge when something is wrong or likely to go wrong

Physical demands of the job include:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks

- Picking, pinching, typing or working primarily with fingers

- Extending hands and arms in any direction

- Bending, stooping and lifting up to 30 lbs

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting, as well as PTCB National Certification.
