## Description

We are seeking a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead at EA - KL (onsite in Malaysia) to lead telemetry strategy and data frameworks across Apex Legends.

As a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead, you will report to the Development Director and use AI and Machine Learning to transform data into applicable quality insights.

Responsibilities:

- Automation Strategy and Implementation:

- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of telemetry methodology.

- Lead the integration of telemetry into the SDLC.

- Guide the use of AI/ML models to detect anomalies and predict defects.

- Quality and Data Analysis:

- Compile and interpret data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries.

- Use telemetry-driven insights to prioritize testing and improve product quality outcomes.

- Implement predictive analytics to identify quality risks early.

- Collaboration and Communication:

- Partner with QV, Development, and Data teams.

- Translate complex telemetry data into meaningful insights for non-technical team members.

- Mentorship and Team Support:

- Lead improvements and knowledge sharing across multiple teams.

- Mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in telemetry, data analytics, or quality technology leadership.

- Experience building, evolving, and maintaining telemetry frameworks.

- Background in data analysis, automation, or AI/ML.

- Experience mentoring others to develop technical and analytical skills.

- Understanding of game development lifecycles and risk-based quality approaches.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalent visualization tools.

- Experience with CI/CD integration for telemetry pipelines.
