Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit focused Attorney in our office in Delaware.

## Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work

- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval and guide clients through the case process

- Draft and file pre-litigation documents, complete TD approval for liability issues

- Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages

- Manage the release approval process and a team of 6-10 Case Managers

- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive

- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team, including EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

## Requirements

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the DE State Bar Association

- 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals, superior writing and oral advocacy skills
