Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities

The work pattern for this role is as follows: **Week 1** Monday 08:00-14:00 Tuesday 11:30-19:30 Wednesday 11:30-19:30 Friday 06:00-14:00 Saturday 11:30-19:30

**Week 2** Sunday 10:00-18:00 Monday 11:30-19:30 Wednesday 08:00-16:00 Thursday 11:30-19:30 Friday 11:30-19:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
