## Description

As a Formulemanager at Coolblue, you ensure our shopping concept feels the same everywhere. You develop and improve the store formula, from layout to services. You turn data into clear choices and test them in pilots. You secure the execution of the formula principles. You work with many teams and keep lines short. This way, you make our stores a little better every day.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and prioritize store innovations

- Run pilots in stores and make decisions based on data

- Create and maintain store design guidelines

- Collaborate with Stores MT and management on guidelines and choices

- Gather feedback in stores and communicate clearly

- Identify opportunities in customer and sales data and capitalize on them
