The Porsche Centre in Lübeck sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with the best possible service. We are looking for a Service Advisor to strengthen our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for actively accepting and precisely carrying out the initial inspection and diagnosis of vehicles. Your aim is to comprehensively advise our customers on all technical questions as well as on parts, accessories, and special equipment. You will work closely with our customers and coordinate repair measures efficiently. You will also be responsible for controlling and monitoring optimal repair processes and ensuring that the team is performing at its best. You will explain invoices clearly and transparently.

Requirements:

- You have completed technical training and have successful professional experience as a Service Advisor.

- You hold a Class B driving licence.

- You are certified by the Kfz-Innung and/or the ZDK as a GASB, 'Certified Automotive Service Advisor'.

- You have relevant and verifiable professional experience as a Service Advisor.

- You are proficient in using service-specific tools such as service/workshop control systems.

- You think and act with a customer-oriented approach.

- You have good organisational skills, high resilience, flexibility, and concentration ability.

- You are responsible, assertive, reliable, and proactive.
