As an Argos Store Manager - Inside Sainsbury's, you'll lead a high-performing team, driving business performance and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll have a team to nurture and develop, with opportunities for growth and management roles within Argos or across Sainsbury's stores and regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create and lead a high-performing team, acting as a role model

- Drive business performance, plans, and actions

- Celebrate success and ensure teams are trained and developed

- Use commercial acumen and creative approach to change

- Resolve customer issues quickly

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced operation

- Strong coaching and communication skills

- Ability to use insight to make smart decisions

- Experience in employee relations and HR policies

- Ability to lead through change and motivate teams
