## Description

Aramco is seeking a Gas Reservoir Engineer to join the Gas Reservoir Management Analytical Division (GRMAD) under the Gas Strategy & Technical Support Department, Gas Admin Area.

GRMAD provides expert analytical support to optimize non-associated conventional gas assets, focusing on data-driven planning, digital solutions, and collaborative project execution to maximize value and returns on investment.

Key responsibilities include developing robust drilling and stimulation 10-year plans, designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance reservoir management decision-making, and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders to drive asset performance through coordinating studies with external entities.

As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:

- Provide guidance and oversight on best-in-class reservoir management tenets, practices, and state-of-the-art technologies for all Saudi Aramco non-associated gas assets.

- Formulate reservoir development, data acquisition, business, and investment planning, strategic surveillance, and monitoring master-plans to ensure optimal development and depletion strategies.

- Utilize reservoir management standards and guidelines to enhance both NPV and hydrocarbon recovery.

- Lead, design, and participate in integrated field reviews and field development plans.

- Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies that include reservoir stimulation modeling of various IOR processes for improvement of ultimate recovery.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret complex reservoir data, perform scenario modeling, and provide actionable insights for optimizing reservoir performance.

- Participate in technical societies and technical groups.

- Train and mentor young engineers.

As the successful candidate, you should have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Science (Petroleum Engineering) or related discipline from an accredited university, MSc or PhD is desirable, but not required.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a petroleum engineering organization with a minimum of 5 years specializing in gas/gas-condensate reservoir management.

- Demonstrated analytical expertise, including reservoir simulation (compositional and black-oil), reserves management, acid stimulation, and hydraulic fracturing.

- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with specialists in geology, core and fluid analysis, petrophysics, simulation, drilling, stimulation, completion, and production and facilities.

- Hands-on experience in reservoir simulation (compositional and black-oil), reserves management, acid stimulation, and hydraulic fracturing, open-hole and cased-hole log evaluation, geological properties modeling, reservoir operations, completion, and production procedures and technologies.

- Demonstratable technical contribution in Petroleum and Reservoir engineering knowledge sharing through reputable international publications, technology patents, and mentoring programs.

- History of using modern reservoir management practices for gas and gas condensate reservoirs.
