## Description

We are seeking a skilled PO Estimator to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining PO Estimator (POE) calculations

- Managing PO creation, maintenance, and closure

- Creating, maintaining, and closing out site-specific purchase requisitions in local systems

- Running timely subject visit completion reports and entering data into CTMS

- Generating payments through CTMS and entering invoices upon receipt

- Sending payment notifications and reminders to sites and study teams

- Resolving RFIs and mismatches in a timely manner

- Providing support to sites and study teams with queries and issues

- Rectifying failed payments as needed
