## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Rockland, MA. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform preventive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, and work independently or as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment following standard procedures

- Troubleshoot, repair, replace, align mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components

- Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical equipment and components

- Perform the job in a safe and efficient manner, independently or as a team

- Accurately communicate with all levels of staff using electronic, written, and/or verbal means

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

- High School Diploma/GED or higher

- Ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics

- Proficiency in using test devices and computerized maintenance management systems

**Benefits:**

- Starting pay: $34.52/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

**Schedule:**

- Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

- Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for the first 6 months
