## Description

As a Theatre Manager at Fulwood Hall Hospital, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership to your multi-disciplinary theatre team, delivering high-quality perioperative care in a supportive environment with impressive facilities.

You will be a collaborative leader, building strong relationships with consultants, senior teams, and healthcare professionals, while developing and motivating your team to drive performance and support new initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Registration as a clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)

- Experience in managing a busy theatre environment

- Wide-ranging skills, including teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALS

- A professional management qualification would be an advantage
