## Description

Priory Hospital Bristol has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Registration to join our team on the male PICU ward.

The PICU services have been designed to support people in a severe phase of illness who cannot be managed in acute services. Our dedicated PICU services place us at the forefront of specialised intensive care, and our highly trained teams can support people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, along with co-existing issues (such as substance misuse).

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will provide high-quality, person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating individualised care plans while acting as the patient's named nurse. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and recovery-focused care, responding proactively to changes in patients' needs and supporting their families and carers.

**Requirements** Applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration, completed preceptorship, 6–12 months of post-registration experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
