## Description

## Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (RFI Support) at Airwallex, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.

## Responsibilities

- Provide in-depth maintenance to target customers according to the company's market strategy, including pre-service for new customers and existing customer maintenance.

- Be responsible for the service follow-up for new customers from activation to the first three orders, helping customers understand and get used to using our products, and handling daily work such as fund inquiries and internal reviews.

- Provide proactive services to existing customers through efficient service processes, respond to customer inquiries efficiently, improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product usage experience.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to cultivate and explore sleeping and high-potential customers, and enhance customer value.

- Work with the operation, risk control, and compliance teams to identify potential business risks, and collaborate with strategic and product research teams to explore customer demand pain points and drive product optimization.

- View, update, and advance KYC, Ongoing KYC, TM, KYB, and other RFI cases in Salesforce/internal systems, and work with Ops, Risk, Sales, AM, and customer service teams to ensure cases are completed according to SLA.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English.

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or customer success, with experience in cross-border payment B2B business services/operations/risk control review, and KYC/KYB related experience preferred.

- Good learning ability, data analysis, and summary capabilities.

- Result-oriented, with growth and curiosity, teamwork spirit, and cross-team collaboration and communication skills.

## Compensation

- Salary range: CN¥10,000 - CN¥20,000 per month
